About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Recruiter for a 3-month contract to support our recruitment operations. The primary focus of this role is to follow up with candidates, ensure timely submission of required documentation, and support end-to-end hiring coordination.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to collect required documents (IDs, certificates, forms, onboarding paperwork, etc.)

· Follow up regularly with applicants via email, phone, and messaging platforms to ensure timely submission of information.

· Review and verify documentation for accuracy and completeness.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

· Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team members to support the onboarding process.

· Assist with scheduling interviews and assessments as needed.

· Communicate professionally and provide a positive candidate experience.

· Handle any additional administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding.

Requirements

· Previous experience in HR, recruitment coordination, or administrative support (contract or full-time).

· Strong communication skills and ability to follow up effectively with candidates.

· High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and prioritize multiple tasks.

· Familiarity with ATS tools and basic HR processes is an advantage.

Contract Details

· Duration: 3 months

· Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday – 09000hrs to 1830hrs / Friday – 0900hrs to 1800hrs
