The Role

The Finance Officer will drive the day-to-day accounting function effectively. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in financial reports, accounts reconciliation, and ensure robust compliance with accounting policies and procedure. The Finance Officer will collaborate with team members, and support accounting tasks to maintain accurate financial records.

Accountabilities

• Handle full spectrum of management accounts (AR, AP, GL and Bank)
• Perform accurate data entry into ERP and maintain organized records of all financial documents
• Manage accounts receivables by tracking outstanding payments and follow up with over accounts
• Manage intercompany vendors reconciliation
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements, reports and variance analysis
• Maintain internal accounting controls by adhering to accounting policies and procedures
• Collaborate closely during internal and external audits
• Support in the preparation of year end financial statement and tax filing
• Assist in preparing forecast and budget

What Are We Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Finance
• 2 - 3 years of business finance experience (candidates with track record in manufacturing industry will be viewed upon favorably)
• The ability to multi-task efficiently and work under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills to engage and collaborate with stakeholders
• Problem solving skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate analysis
• Analytical skills combined with an understanding of business dynamics and commercial value drivers
• Meticulous with business sensitivity and strategic awareness
• Good understanding of Salesforce, NSV, Dynamics 365 and O365 system, and ERP implementation experience is a good to have
