We are hiring a Senior Finance and Treasury Officer to manage the financial and treasury operations of Bronx Holdings Pte Ltd. The operational duties of this position comprising but not limited to cash and treasury management, timely settlements of multi-currency of accounts payables and receivables, tracking and monitoring of cross-borders income and expenditure and identifying opportunities to enhance efficient and effective financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning: Develops, tracks and monitors multi-currency receipts of income and payments of expense.
  • Fund Management: Oversees the preparation of budgets and makes quarterly forecast financial positions such as profit and loss statement.
  • Financial Reports: Provides monthly financial reports to management highlighting any area of concern.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable Management: Provides monthly ageing analysis of accounts payable and receivable for management actions.
  • Workflow Process: Refines and makes continuous improvements to workflow process and internal control system in the areas of purchase orders and sales invoices from customers as well as to suppliers.
  • Statutory Audit and Financial Statements Compliance: Coordinates with auditors to ensure all financial statements are in full compliance with relevant legislations.

Requirements and Educational Qualifications:

  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (both oral and written)
  • Good knowledge of multi-currency that involves in cross-border settlements of high-value billings
  • Good exposure to China market, preferably in manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in auditing work, workflow and financial system development will be added advantage
  • Proficient in MYOB accounting system
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access Database
  • A bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration with major in accounting and finance, or completed part of the professional levels of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants (ACCA)
  • At least 5 years' of experience in financial planning and/or treasury operations
