Job summary

Responsible for sale of products to customers abiding by all the SOPs, policies and procedures and ensuring a high level of customer service. Along with sales would be involved in branch activities like store opening/closing activities, outdoor activities

KRA 1 Counter Set-up, Display and Product care

Responsibilities


• Executes the movement of items in locker during opening & closing of showroom

* Ensure usage of relevant props for section wise display without compromising the security of items


• Perform regular cleaning of display section


• Make display spaces attractive and the trays well positioned throughout the day


• Execute Visual Merchandising protocols as per Occasions & Promotions

* Report on the working condition of the equipment/ infrastructure

KPI 1

  1. On time readiness of the counter and display

  2. Accurate item pass documentation

  3. Zero breakage & Damage of jewellery

KRA 2

Sales & Gold Tree Scheme Responsibilities


• Achieve assigned sales target through focused sell on Products, Cross-sell and upsell


• Assist other staffs during sales


• Conduct timely Tele-Calling (For occasions, promotions, wishes, marketing activities, exhibition etc.)

* Verify and collect old gold based on value calculation

* Coordinate with respective for collection of monthly scheme payments

* Handle advance booking by understanding customer context and requirement

  2. No. of scheme enrolments

KRA 3 Customer Handling

Responsibilities


• Welcome customers and understand their requirement

* Become an ambassador of Bhima, offering positive customer experience during the sales process

* Adhere to Bhima grooming standards

* Understand the customer preference and offer to show items accordingly

* Provide adequate assistance and information to customers on product features

* Confirm a tentative delivery time to customer and ensure regular updates on status

*Ensure that each customer writes their review and feedback

  1. Customer Satisfaction index

KRA 4 Stock Monitoring and Product Knowledge

Responsibilities


• Partake in physical stock taking during both Opening & Closing time and ensure its all tallied with actual stock


• Replace damaged tags on time


• Check stock daily and list out the item-wise excess/shortage of stock and communicates to the Manager


• Constantly learn & update about Jewellery items

  • Products; Pricing; Process

* Check stock requirement and share stock requirement with Supervisor

KRA 5 Reporting and Documentation

Responsibilities


• Reporting to Managers about day-to-day activities.


• Report stock requirements


• Report immediately no purchase customers to Manager


• Introduce managers to customers/HNI.
