**What the day will look like**
Providing Claim administrative and advocacy support for all Aon Singapore's FSPG (Financial Services & Professions Group) clienteles, including:
- contributing to claims innovation and service model enhancement, including through leverage of ABS (Aon Business Services)
- contributing to new business and growth by articulating the value and differentiation of Aon's Claims Advocacy services
- manage and maintain good client and insurer relationships;
Day to day functions of the role include:
- delivery of claims and coverage assessments and advocacy to resolve issues for the team and for Aon Singapore's clients;
- liaisons with clients, insurers, adjusters/legal counsels and other stakeholders to facilitate timely communication and support throughout the claims handling process;
- negotiations with clients, insurers, adjusters, and technical consultants;
- collaboration with internal teams, including brokers, underwriters and operations staff to ensure seamless coordination and resolution of claims issues
- provision of loss analysis/claims report and regular claims review with all stakeholders;
- data management and maintenance of the team's claims folders as well as the Claims Reporting Platform (CRP)
As a member of the team:
- Ensure and monitor compliance & controls with respect to all MAS & Aon mandated processes & standards
- Leading ad-hoc FSPG projects
**Requirements**:
- At least 4-6 years of relevant experience with strong knowledge in general claims
- CGI/HI or relevant insurance qualification;
- Diploma/Degree holder or ACII/AAII qualifications and equivalent preferred;
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work with others under pressure and to resolve conflict in a constructive manner
