Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate and oversee contractors in the execution and maintenance of daily estate, horticultural, and cyclical improvement works at public housing estates.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, supervise contractors' performance, identify defects, and ensure timely rectification of issues.
  • Manage and respond to residents' feedback, including providing follow-up and call-back services after defect resolution.
  • Liaise with grassroots leaders to discuss estate maintenance matters and ensure timely follow-up on related issues.
  • Support grassroots leaders in the planning and execution of community events and activities.
  • Attend house visits, grassroots meetings, and upgrading project discussions, including those scheduled after office hours, when required.
  • Respond promptly to urgent cases referred by managers, grassroots leaders, or the EMSU.
  • Address residents' feedback and service requests, and assist in managing arrears cases.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as sourcing quotations, issuing work orders, and preparing applications for relevant funding.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum "O" Level
  • Minimum 2 years in similar role
  • A team player with good interpersonal and organization skills
  • People-oriented with a willingness to learn
  • Able to work under pressure
