We are looking for a talented Unity/Unreal developer to join our team and bring ambitious XR and interactive projects to life.

What You'll Do

Technical Development

  • Build and optimise VR/AR/MR experiences using Unity and/or Unreal Engine
  • Implement gameplay mechanics, interactive systems, and intuitive user interfaces
  • Integrate XR SDKs (Meta XR, etc.) and multiplayer/networking solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in real-time 3D applications
  • Ensure performance optimisation across various hardware platforms

Collaboration

  • Work closely with artists, designers, and project leads to bring creative visions to life
  • Participate in technical planning, prototyping, and pipeline development
  • Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and best-practice workflows
  • Communicate progress clearly and proactively with the team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience; non-degree candidates will be considered)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience developing AR/VR/MR applications
  • Strong proficiency with Unity and/or Unreal Engine
  • Solid programming skills in C# and/or C++
  • Portfolio demonstrating shipped XR projects or strong technical prototypes

  • Knowledge of spatial computing & passthrough AR
  • Familiarity with motion capture integration & animation systems
