Business Executive

Job Description:
The Business Executive (Kiosk Sales) is responsible for driving sales performance and ensuring smooth daily operations at assigned kiosks. This includes managing products display, engaging customers, maintaining brand standards, monitoring and topping up stocks and achieving monthly sales targets.
Develop new areas of business and build business working relationship for existing partners and new markets.
Responsible for supporting marketing and business development initiatives and activities.
Execute sales strategies to meet business objectives.
To liaise with government bodies for the necessary permits and approvals.
Sourcing and keeping a lookout for kiosk expansion.
Negotiation and closing of deals, while maintaining good rapport with partners including Landlords.
Identify potential customers & perform sales calls for new business opportunities.
Liaise with internal department to ensure proper lease management documentation and administration.
Adopt a co-operative and positive style of working with other departments and overseas colleagues.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Business / Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
Min 1-2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the Food and Beverage industry.
Excellent command of both written & verbal communication.
Excellent interpersonal & presentations skills.
