Job Description
- Coordinate daily logistic and delivery schedules to meet customers' requirements.
- Oversee daily fleet operations, routing, drivers' assignment and scheduling to adhere to delivery timeline.
- Liaise with warehouse staff on loading /unloading and inventories management.
- Manage vehicle servicing, maintenance, insurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor fuel usage, fleet costs, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Lead and supervise drivers, including roster planning and performance management.
- Ensure safety standards, accident reporting, and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare reports on logistics performance and recommend improvements.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics operations
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, FIFO, and lean logistics practices
- Proficient in ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
