About the role

Join the dynamic marketing team at Monigiri Pte Ltd as a Marketing/Creative Manager. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the brand identity and driving impactful marketing campaigns across the North-East region. With a focus on brand management, you will be responsible for delivering visually compelling and strategically-aligned marketing assets that captivate our audience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement
  2. Create and oversee the production of marketing collateral, including digital content, print materials, and social media assets
  3. Collaborate cross-functionally with the sales, product, and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
  4. Monitor campaign performance and optimise marketing strategies based on data-driven insights
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the brand's marketing efforts
  6. Manage and mentor a team of marketing and creative professionals

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing or creative role, preferably within the brand management industry
  2. Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns
  3. Strong creative and design skills, with the ability to conceptualise and produce visually compelling marketing assets
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences
  5. Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse campaign performance and make informed decisions
  6. Experience in managing and mentoring a team of marketing and creative professionals
  7. Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies
