  • Execute end-to-end CRM campaigns, maximizing customer retention across diverse channels.
  • Collaborate with media and influencers to curate impactful content, enhancing brand awareness.
  • Coordinate with the graphic design team for compelling marketing collateral.
  • Implement digital marketing strategies across platforms like Facebook, Google Ads, Inbound Marketing, and SEO.
  • Deliver timely performance reports, providing valuable insights for future initiatives.
  • Tackle ad-hoc duties with diligence and creativity.

Requirements:

  • A' Levels or equivalent; Diploma or degree in business, marketing, or multimedia-related disciplines is advantageous.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in marketing or multimedia-related roles
  • Proficiency in various social media/digital marketing channels such as TikTok, Instagram.
  • Creative with persuasive copywriting skills.
  • Proactive, task-driven, with a positive attitude.
  • Independent and hands-on approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-oriented.
  • Team player with a vibrant, positive attitude.
