As a Medical Laboratory Technologist, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Perform testing of patient samples by ELISA, indirect-IFT, molecular, particle agglutination, immunoblot, turbidimetry methods, either manually or use of complex instruments.
  • Be able to calibrate and maintains instrument, performs QC and troubleshooting.
  • Has the ability to work independently and with the team to perform full range of duties, from specimen processing, through data analysis and reporting, to generate medically meaningful and accurate data in aid of diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
  • He/she will also need to provide customer service to clients and providers.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Biotechnology, Medical Laboratory Sciences or Biomedical Science, or equivalent.
  • Experience in diagnostic laboratory preferred, but not a prerequisite
