Job Title: SAP HR Functional Analyst

  • Location: Onsite, Singapore
  • Salary: Up to SGD 4,000 per month
  • Open to: Singapore Citizens only

Job Summary

We are looking for an SAP HR Functional Analyst to join the IT functional team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to SAP HR systems, IT testing, solution design, and training material development. Candidates will work closely with the team to support system enhancements, issue investigations, and change requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn the usage of the SAP HR system and perform IT testing of various functionalities.
  • Support the team in system investigation and analysis of reported issues.
  • Shadow senior team members in implementing system changes based on change requests.
  • Assist in solution design and documentation.
  • Learn and utilize SAP Enable Now to create training materials.
  • Gain exposure to project processes and system implementation best practices.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong academic performance, especially in IT-related modules.

  • Knowledge/experience in any of the following is an advantage:

  • SAP HR

  • Programming and SQL
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively within a team.

  • Suitable for entry-level candidates with a keen interest in SAP HR systems.
  • Training and mentorship will be provided.
