The Opportunity

  • It is an opportunity for an experienced Projects Assistant Manager to join their team

The Job

  • Assist with the WPSH's projects/initiatives including the development, implementation and maintenance of:

  • The team's resource management databases;

  • Legal templates, standard documents;
  • Product Guides, Frameworks, Flowcharts

  • Internal guides or policies (where applicable) and identifying areas of improvement to legal precedents and developing new templates in line with business needs.

  • Support the assessment / onboarding of complex structures and transactions (as and when assigned and required) across the suite of wealth planning solutions including but not limited to trusts, family offices, philanthropic vehicles and variable capital companies.

  • Liaise with bank stakeholders (e.g. Trustee, Wealth Planning teams) and external legal and tax advisors.
  • Review, comment and analyse legal and tax opinions.

The Talent

  • Some working experience in the private wealth space and familiarity with wealth planning solutions.
  • Legal background (including paralegal experience) or training in accountancy (preferred but not mandatory).
  • STEP qualified (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Fluency in AI and leveraging on GenAI tools.
  • Adept at maintaining resource databases.
  • Self-motivated individual who takes initiative.
  • Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills.
  • Solution oriented with an eye for accuracy.
