Responsibilities

· Manage and oversee the operation, maintenance, and expansion of facility systems, including:

  1. Mechanical & electrical systems
  2. HVAC and cleanroom systems
  3. Water, gas, and chemical distribution
  4. Wastewater treatment and fire protection systems
  5. FMCS (Facilities Monitoring & Control System)

· Monitor and ensure reliable utilities supply (power, water, gases, compressed air).

· Oversee electrical system maintenance, power distribution, and safety compliance.

· Manage cleanroom operations and hook-up works for new equipment.

· Plan and execute facility engineering projects, including budgeting, cost analysis, and project management.

· Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health, and environmental regulations.

· Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to support plant operations.

· Prepare technical reports, project proposals, and documentation.

· Any others ad-hoc task assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related Engineering discipline.

· At least 2–3 years of experience in facilities engineering, preferably in semiconductor, electronics, or advanced manufacturing industry.

· Familiar with AutoCAD, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Knowledge of facilities systems operations (M&E, HVAC, cleanroom, wastewater, utilities, fire protection).

· Relevant certifications in Electrical Work, Air-conditioning & Refrigeration, or equivalent will be an advantage.

· Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.

· Good communication and teamwork skills.
