Customer Service Manager

We are looking for a proactive Account Manager to maintain and deepen our client relationships in the Singapore market. You will serve as a key link between the company and our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sustained business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients in the Singapore region.
- Understand client needs, coordinate internal resources, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify new client needs and recognize new sales opportunities to achieve business growth targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, negotiate contracts, and follow up on payment matters.
- Regularly collect and report market and customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in account management or sales; experience in the Singapore market is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in Chinese (both spoken and written); ability to communicate in English or Cantonese for work is a plus.
- Excellent customer service awareness and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
