West Region, Singapore CGP Personnel Full time $260 - $70,000 per year

Salary & Benefits:

  • Monthly Salary: $2,60 – $7,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
  • Fixed Allowance: $350/month
  • Annual Wage Supplement (AWS): 1 month
  • Yearly VB: 1-2 months
  • Annual Leave: 18 days
  • Company Shuttle Bus Provided
  • Gain experience in a project expected to span 5–10 years

Location: Tuas

Working Schedule: Shift work (12h)

Contract: 1-Year (Renewable & Convertable)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist engineers in supervising construction works to ensure they meet design and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with consultants and agencies on technical aspects of facility design and implementation.
  • Support testing and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
  • Attend local and overseas Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs).
  • Lead or assist with maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
  • Manage and schedule maintenance teams and supervise contractor works.

Requirements:

  • Min. Nitec in any Engineering discipline.
  • Preferably 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in an engineering or technical support role.
  • Candidates with relevant certifications (e.g. Licensed Electrical Worker, Boiler Attendant Certificate, WSH Officer) will have an advantage.
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to read engineering documents.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Navisworks and Primavera P6 is a bonus.
  • Able to work independently, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willing to work in a waste-to-energy environment and perform rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
