Are you fluent in Cantonese and English? Do you have excellent listening skills and the ability to stay neutral while helping people communicate? If yes, we'd love to hear from you

We are currently looking for Cantonese-English Interpreters to join our remote team. This is a work-from-home role where you'll be handling calls (phone or video) to bridge communication between English speakers and Cantonese speakers across different industries.

What You'll Do

  • Provide consecutive interpretation for calls in healthcare, insurance, government, finance, utilities, travel, hospitality, law enforcement, courts, and more.
  • Render conversations accurately, neutrally, and professionally.
  • Use correct industry terminology and handle sensitive topics with confidentiality.
  • Ensure smooth communication by clarifying cultural concepts when needed (with client permission).
  • Stay composed and focused, even in fast-paced or challenging situations.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent in Cantonese and English (minimum B2 CEFR level).
  • Strong listening, retention, and note-taking skills.
  • Ability to remain neutral, professional, and detached from conversations.
  • Good adaptability across different industries and topics.
  • Prior interpreting or customer service experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
