Qualifications:

  • 'O' Levels or Diploma or higher qualification is required.
  • Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills with high accuracy.
  • Strong ability to stay objective, neutral, and professional during conversations.
  • Proven ability to follow client instructions and establish credibility.
  • Skilled at explaining cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication when required.
  • B2 CEFR English level with bilingual fluency in the required language(s).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret conversations consecutively and accurately between English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
  • Handle telephone or video calls on demand, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Use appropriate industry terminology and understand relevant procedures.
  • Process information quickly, recognizing cultural nuances and maintaining neutrality.
  • Support diverse subject areas including Healthcare, Government, Insurance,
  • Finance, Utilities, Travel, Hospitality, Emergency Services, Law Enforcement, Courts and General Business.

Pay: $2, $4,500.00 per month
