Detailed Job Description:

  1. Technical Leadership

  2. Lead the architecture, design, configuration, and deployment of SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow.

  3. Own the end-to-end identity lifecycle management: provisioning, de-provisioning, role modeling, access certifications, policy management, and compliance reporting.
  4. Customize SailPoint using Java, BeanShell, XML, and REST APIs to meet enterprise requirements.
  5. Integrate SailPoint with target systems (e.g., AD, Azure AD, ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, cloud apps).

  6. Design and implement role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC) frameworks.

  7. Project & Team Management

  8. Lead IAM implementation and upgrade projects across multiple business units and regions.

  9. Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to deliver IAM capabilities on time and within scope.

  10. Mentor and guide IAM engineers, ensuring high-quality code, design reviews, and technical documentation.

  11. Security & Compliance

  12. Ensure IAM solutions meet security policies, industry regulations and audit standards.

  13. Conduct and manage periodic access reviews, segregation of duties (SoD), and certification campaigns.

  14. Provide technical support during internal/external audits and risk assessments.

  15. Continuous Improvement

  16. Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in IAM and IGA.

  17. Recommend improvements to processes, automation, and tools that enhance identity governance and reduce operational overhead.
