We're on the lookout for a strategic, creative, and hands-on Marketing Manager to join our founding team at JING. This is not your typical marketing job—it's a rare opportunity to take the lead on shaping a growing brand's voice, visuals, and presence from the ground up .

You'll work closely with one of the co-founders who drives brand and marketing vision, with the freedom to turn bold ideas into real campaigns that connect. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore , offering flexibility and direct creative ownership.

As our first dedicated marketing manager , you won't just manage strategy—you'll set the tone for everything to come. You'll craft the story, define the playbook, and eventually grow your own team. For the right person, this is a chance to leave a mark—to build something meaningful, lasting, and full of flavour.

What You'll be Owning

1. Content Creation & Social Media Management

• Lead daily content creation and scheduling across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.

• Style, shoot, write, and publish content that reflects JING's refined and understated aesthetic.

• Monitor content performance and adjust strategies accordingly to grow meaningful engagement

2. Campaign Development & Execution

• Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns for seasonal menus, events, and promotions.

• Coordinate with vendors, creatives, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely rollout.

• Evaluate campaign performance and propose data-informed optimizations.

3. Brand, Visual Direction & KOL Engagement

• Uphold and evolve JING's brand identity across all creative assets and communications.

• Provide styling and creative direction for photo and video shoots.

• Identify and manage relationships with influencers and KOLs aligned with our brand values.

• Oversee influencer activations—from initial outreach to content coordination and post-campaign analysis.

4. Cross-functional Alignment

• Work closely with the restaurant, kitchen, and operations teams to ensure consistency in messaging and initiatives.

• Support in-house events, product launches, and strategic collaborations.

• Manage timelines and internal communications with clarity and independence.

5. Market Research & Community Insight

• Keep a pulse on emerging trends in food, hospitality, and lifestyle—especially within the halal and premium space.

• Track guest sentiment and competitor activity to inform future strategies.

• Explore partnerships and community activations that align with our brand story and values.

Who You Are

• 3 years of relevant experience in a marketing role, ideally within F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors

• Strong portfolio of content creation across photo, video, and copy with a keen eye for design and storytelling

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content performance metrics

• Experience collaborating with KOLs/influencers, including outreach, negotiation, and campaign tracking

• Graphic design and light photo/ video editing skills

• Familiarity with halal consumer culture and/or food marketing is also an advantage

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, but not required if offset by relevant experience
