Inside Sales Executive

Salary: $3,500 - $4,500
Working Hours: Office hours
Key Responsibilities-
Identifying potential clients, researching target markets, and qualifying leads to determine their suitability for sales efforts.

Engaging with prospects via phone, email, or video calls to educate them about the company's offerings and build relationships.

Presenting products or services, addressing customer questions and concerns, and negotiating deals to close sales.

Maintaining ongoing communication with existing customers to provide support, identify needs, and upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.

Tracking leads, managing the sales process, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Achieving individual and team sales targets.

Processing client's PO and liaise with logistics team to ensure the timely delivery of ordered products.

Working with marketing and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in sales.

Minimum diploma / degree in any field.
-
Experience in sales in managed services will be given priority.

Candidate excellent communication skills with no experience may apply.

Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
