Job Scope

1. Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring personalized service.

2. Financial Planning and Consulting: Provide customized financial planning advice based on client needs, including investment and tax planning.

3. Product Recommendation and Sales: Recommend suitable investment products and services to clients, such as stocks, bonds, funds, etc.

4. Market Analysis and Research: Conduct regular market trend analysis to provide clients with the latest investment opportunities and risk assessments.

5. Risk Management: Assist clients in identifying and managing financial risks to ensure the safety and growth of their assets.

6. Compliance Checks: Ensure all operations comply with local laws and regulations and internal bank policies.

7. Team Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other departments to solve client issues.

8. Continuous Learning and Development: Participate in professional training and seminars to stay updated on the latest developments in the financial markets.

9. Report Compilation: Regularly compile performance reports of client investment portfolios for reference.

10. Customer Service: Organize roadshows at domestic branches and host client events to promote Singapore's market trends and investment directions.

  1. To liaise with internal and external Chinese stakeholders from China and may need to also liaise with other regional market customers such as Hong Kong / Taiwan / etc. 

    Requirements

  2. Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related fields.

  3. Hold CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certifications would be advantageous.

  4. At least 5 years of experience in wealth management or private banking within financial institutions

  5. Fluent in English and business Chinese to liaise with internal and external Chinese stakeholders from China; proficiency in other Asian languages is an added advantage to liaise with regional markets.

  6. Passed CACS 1 & 2 exams
