Private Banking Dealer and Product Specialist

Central Region, Singapore PERSOL Full time $1,000,000 - $1,200,000 per year

To place and execute transactions relevant to private banking products offerings (bonds, funds, notes, equites, FX products, IR products, structured notes) and worked with Investment Counsellors to take charge of product due diligence and onboarding.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate execution requests from private banking relationship managers and investment consultants while performing trade executions.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate execution of transactions.
  • Monitor transaction statuses and provide reports on trade activities.
  • Liaise with vendors and counterparties, proactively engaging to guarantee adequate execution support.
  • Oversee product onboarding and analyze product portfolio ratings.
  • Collaborate with the private banking team to meet financial targets.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and adhere to internal policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; Diploma holders with relevant experience will also be considered.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in private banking or wealth management products.
  • Possession of licenses in FMRP, M1A/M1B, and M6A.
  • Strong soft skills in listening, communication, and conflict management.
  • Attention to detail to ensure work accuracy.
