Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all projects comply with legal, contractual, and quality standards.
  • Manage project costing from design stage through to project completion.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to estimate material, labour, and time costs.
  • Prepare and negotiate tender bids, quotations, and contracts.
  • Draft and compile tender and contract documents, including bill of quantities (BQ), cost estimates, and submission materials.
  • Source and evaluate materials, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Handle interim progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with consultants, clients, and project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Job Requirements
  • Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Quantity Surveying, or related field.
  • Experience in M&E subcontracting works, particularly Electrical QS scope, preferred.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Positive working attitude, responsible, and able to work independently under pressure.
