Job Summary

We are helping our client to look for a passionate and skilled Commis Chef with a culinary background to join our kitchen team. You will assist the Chef de Partie in food preparation, cooking, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards.
  • Assist in cutting, cooking, and maintaining food presentation quality.
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of ingredients.
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and adhere to food safety standards.
  • Support the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations.

Requirements

  • Culinary background with relevant experience.
  • Must possess a valid Food Hygiene Certificate.
  • Strong team player with attention to detail.
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
