Are you a seasoned Video Editor with a passion for crafting compelling visual narratives across platforms, from corporate films to TikTok shorts?
360 Communications is seeking a Senior Video Editor to join our creative team, working closely with Art Directors and Creative Leads to elevate brand storytelling through high-impact video content.
Roles & Responsibilities
Creative Collaboration: Partner with the 360 Creative and Creative Services teams to deliver exceptional video content for diverse clients, spanning corporate, commercial, and social platforms.
Post-Production Mastery: Lead the editing process with the essence of storytelling from pre-production, during production, to post, managing from raw footage to polished final cuts, including sound design, motion graphics, colour grading, and visual effects.
Content Versatility: Produce a wide range of long and short form video formats - corporate videos, training modules, product commercials, pitch presentations, short films, and social media content (TikTok, Instagram, Meta).
Team Integration: Work closely with Account Servicing to align on weekly job planning, attend daily briefings, and contribute to both traditional and digital campaign executions.
Innovation & Execution: Champion new editing techniques and technologies, collaborate with external creatives and developers, and foster a culture of creative excellence.
Mentorship & Growth: Stay ahead of industry trends, recommend tools and training, and support junior editors and designers under the guidance of Creative Leads/ Creative Directors.
Quality & Ownership: Ensure all video deliverables meet the highest standards of storytelling, technical execution, and brand alignment on time and on brief.
What You'll Need:
• Proven expertise in video post-production using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, and other industry-standard and AI-powered tools.
• A strong portfolio showcasing diverse formats and storytelling styles across platforms.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in video content creation.
• Sharp storytelling instincts with a keen eye for pacing and visual composition.
• Proactive, solutions-driven mindset and collaborative spirit.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with precision and creativity.
