**Roles & Responsibilities**

Konica Minolta Business Innovation Center APAC (KM BIC APAC) is a team passionately working in the entire lifecycle of new business development from ideation to actual business. KM BIC APAC works on innovative material handling, workflow optimization solutions. We drive new compelling business value for our customers and for Konica Minolta by delivering practical business solutions to our clients using cutting edge technology in the areas of imaging, robotics, Industrial IoT, video and data analytics.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is hands-on, detailed oriented and independent to add to our team. Additionally, this individual must be strongly customer centric, innovative and possess a start-up mentality with a Can-do & Pro-active attitude.

Overall Responsibility Working with the Director of BIC APAC or Head of Strategic Management, in planning, monitoring, analysis and assessment of all necessities for BIC APAC, including, but not limited to strengths, weaknesses, operational effectiveness and opportunities. Lead strategic initiatives based on internal and external factors to minimize risks and formulate plans to achieve the organization's goals.

This position reports to the Director of BIC APAC or Head of Strategic Management, and will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure strategic alignment among BIC APAC businesses and providing market insights to facilitate key product and portfolio business decisions and roadmaps.

Working with the Director of BIC APAC or Head of Strategic Management in key Strategic Management functions:
1. Strategy setting in accordance with internal and external factors

a. Overall strategy and direction of the organization

b. Synthesize information and insights drawn from KMI senior management

direction

2. Planning and execution of initiatives related to core innovation business

a. Portfolio Management: Strategic Projects, Projects investment/exit review

b. Initiative Management: Key initiatives, Research and intelligence

3. Planning and execution of initiatives related to operations and administrative

matters

a. Stakeholder Management: External partners, internal stakeholders

b. Finance: Revenue management, Budget allocation and management

c. HR: Capabilities building & best practice sharing, staffing ad resourcing, KPI &
performance

4. Scorecard management and reviews to calibrate strategy and execution plan

for progress of organization

a. Management reporting

b. Monitoring and reporting on strategic projects

What You Need:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or an analytical

field from a leading university with a strong business and financial acumen
- MBA or Master’s degree in management, will be a definite added advantage
- Strong track record and bias of excellence in execution and project

management
- Exceptional analytical abilities with a detail-oriented attitude.
