Company : Retail F&B industry in specialty tea

Working Hour / Location : 44 hours per week (5 days work week include weekend) / ION or JEWEL

Remunerations : Up to $3,300 + commission + allowance + yearly increment + perk + permanent staff benefit

Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement & Sales: Greet every customer with a warm welcome and provide an exceptional, personalised shopping experience. Proactively share your knowledge of our tea blends and accessories to confidently recommend products and meet sales targets.
  • Product Expertise: Become an expert on our teas, from our classic favorites to new seasonal blends. You will be a go-to resource for customers, helping them understand our "farm-to-cup" philosophy and the art of brewing.
  • Store Operations & Visual Merchandising: Maintain the store's pristine appearance and inviting atmosphere. This includes keeping displays organised, assisting with inventory, and ensuring our products are showcased beautifully.
  • Point-of-Sales Transactions:Handle all sales, returns, and payment processes with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring a smooth checkout experience for every customer.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure the store runs smoothly every day. Your energy and positive attitude will be key to a dynamic and collaborative workplace.
  • Compliance: Uphold all company standards and policies, from sales procedures to safety protocols.

Requirements

  • GCE 'N' / 'O' level / Nitec in Retail or any related discipline
  • A highly driven, positive, and outgoing attitude with a passion for tea.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a premium retail environment. Specialty tea or coffee experience Plus Point.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy store.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Comfortable working at locations such as ION Orchard and Jewel Changi Airport.
