Asianskin Aesthetics' is seeking a talented and driven Beautician/Consultant/Branch Manager to join our team in the Paya Lebar East Region. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the growth and success of our thriving beauty business.
What you'll be doing
- Providing exceptional customer service and expert beauty treatments to our loyal client base
- Recommending and selling premium skincare and beauty products to customers
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting
- Identifying opportunities for business development and implementing strategies to drive growth
- Fostering a positive and collaborative team environment
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the hair and beauty industry, ideally in a similar role
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for the beauty industry
- Strong sales and product knowledge, with the ability to provide tailored recommendations to clients
- Proven experience in managing a team and overseeing branch operations
