Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Perform all office administrative duties including data entry, documents filing, copying and scanning
- Generate tax invoice and payment receipt to customer
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate appointments
- Handle incoming calls, emails and other communications
- Order and maintain office supplies and up-keeping office cleanliness
- Other ad-hoc administrative & support duties as assigned by Management
Requirements:
- Required language(s): English and Mandarin
- Preferably Entry Level with at least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Good communication skills and strong ability to multitask
- Team player with strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation
Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
