**Admin Assistant (Automotive Industry)**

**Location**: Sin Ming, Singapore

**Salary Range**: SGD 2,800 - 3,000
**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- **Lunch Provided**

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including preparing invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery orders.
- Assist management and the workshop team with documentation and filing.
- Maintain and update company records and reports accurately.
- Perform data entry using Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- Support workshop operations, such as scheduling and simple follow-ups with customers.
- Carry out other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Previous administrative experience in a **car workshop or automotive industry** is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- Able to communicate effectively in both **English and Chinese** (spoken & written).
- Responsible, well-organised, and able to work independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Admin: 2 years (preferred)
