
Secretary / Personal Assistant (Part -Time)

Job Description:
- Assist in general administrative work with the company
- Book and schedule appointments, liaise with vendors
- Data entry; maintain and update database
- Research on the market or items relevant to the task assigned
- Other ad hoc duties assigned; prepare slides or notes
Expectations of Candidate:
- Minimum local diploma or Bachelor's Degree
- Proactiveness
- Strong organisational skills
- Commitment period of more than one month
Work Environment:
- Open office concept with free seating and a view
- Chill vibes
Work Details:
- 2 to 3 working days (15 to 40 hrs per week)
- Location: Office @ Alexandra (Nearest MRT @ Labrador Park)
