Provide administrative support to the corporate secretarial team.
Perform e-filing with ACRA, incorporation of new companies and ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Singapore Companies Act and the relevant laws.
Information submission, data collection and application progress tracking for certain special licences
Ensure timely compliance with relevant statutory compliance, maintenance of registers and statutory records.
Liaise with ACRA customer service officer over the phone on work related enquiries.
Receiving, organizing, and sorting out of postage mails.
Assist in other ad hoc administrative duties.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Business, Marketing, Accounting or other professional certificates.
At least 3 years relevant working experience
Good command of written and spoken English
Proficient in Microsoft office software
Positive working attitude and a team player
Working hours 9.30am to 6.30pm (Monday – Friday)
