ABOUT US

Established in 2019, Serenity Resources Pte Ltd is a leading commodity trading firm headquartered in Singapore. Specializing in trading oil products and chemical products, the company also engages in derivative products, hedging transactions, risk management, and supply chain financing. In September 2023, the company secured approval to join the rigorous Global Trader Program under Enterprise Singapore.

We are looking for ambitious and energetic individuals to become an integral part of our dynamic team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Maintain full sets of accounts for both local and offshore entities

· Manage daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, and month-end closings

· Liaise with banks on payments, account management and KYC questions

· Prepare consolidated financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting

· Ensure compliance with Singapore and relevant offshore regulatory requirements

· Ad Hoc Duties: Undertake any additional duties as assigned, adapting to the evolving needs of the organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

· Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience

· Prior experience handling offshore companies (e.g., BVI, HK, etc.)

· Familiar with banking procedures and online banking platforms

· Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

· Strong attention to detail, independent, and able to meet tight deadlines

· Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
