Job Scope:

- Prepare banking documentation for import / export letter of credit (L/C) and collection bills, SBLC and BG
- Process daily export / collection bills to be sent to banks for negotiation / presentations
- Follow up on export / collection bills discrepancies, acceptance payment and any disputes
- Processing of import bill and its settlements
- Liaison with banks for rates on L/C confirmation and discounting
- Perform month-end Bank reconciliations
- Process accounting data entries into SAP accounting system
- Process daily outgoing remittances
- Attend to queries from banks & trading departments
- Date entry payment in internet banking system, enter & posting of accounting JV’s
- Reconciliations of balance sheet items - loans, NR’s
- Any other ad-hoc task as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Possess Trade Finance / LC / Banking / Accounting / Finance / Trade Operations experience
- Knowledge of the latest UCP and ISBP will be advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office (intermediate user of MS Excel)
- Good communication & interpersonal skill
- This role might be renewable or converted to permanent, depending on work performance and availability of the role
