**Responsibilities**
- **Technical Leadership**: Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers, providing hands-on guidance and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- **Cloud Expertise**: Leverage your expertise in AWS services such as AWS Lambda, AWS Step Function, AWS DynamoDB, AWS S3, and Terraform to build and maintain scalable and resilient cloud-based solutions.
- **Data Warehousing**: Work with data engineering teams to interface with data warehouse solutions like Snowflake for data analytics and reporting.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams both internally and externally, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- **Team Development**: Provide coaching and mentoring to team members, fostering their professional growth and skill development.
**Qualifications**:
- 15 years of senior software engineering experience, showcasing technical expertise, leadership, strategic vision, and successful project and team management.
- Proven expertise in software engineering with a strong command of Fast API, Python, C#, SQL, and AWS services.
- Deep understanding of data warehouse solutions, especially Snowflake, is a plus.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tooling, particularly Jenkins, to enable efficient software development pipelines.
- Previous experience with microservices architecture and serverless design principles.
- Demonstrated exceptional leadership and communication skills, particularly in leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders to drive technology strategy and align it with organizational goals.
- A self-starting, entrepreneurial attitude with a proven ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
- A commitment to teaching, coaching, and mentoring team members, coupled with the ability to make substantial individual contributions.
- A commitment to ensuring that the team consistently delivers high-quality code and facilitates effective communication and feedback within the team.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, with demonstrated leadership experience in similar roles.

- Advising on marketing plans prepared by a sales team or developing and/or contributing information for marketing materials.
