Job Description

Private Equity & Finance Intern

Ideal Background: Accounting, Finance, Economics

What You'll Do:

  • Support company search efforts, identifying high-potential SMEs for acquisition
  • Conduct due diligence, market research, and financial analysis of target companies
  • Assist in building financial models and evaluating investment opportunities
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and investment memos for internal discussions
  • Work closely with the investment team on deal structuring and strategic planning
