Position Overview

We're seeking a Car Sales Advisor who will be the face of FAS Auto — guiding customers through their car-buying journey, providing expert advice, and ensuring an outstanding experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate is approachable, sales-driven, and passionate about cars and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in finding the right vehicle that fits their needs and budget.
  • Provide detailed information on vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Conduct test drives and follow up with potential buyers to close sales.
  • Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure a smooth transaction process.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing sales role preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer service mindset with a genuine interest in helping others.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle financing and dealership processes is a plus.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license.
