OxyCaffè is not your ordinary café — we're Singapore's first oxygen-infused wellness café, merging specialty coffee culture with health, vitality, and innovation. We're looking for a dedicated Café Supervisor to lead our team and help deliver an exceptional experience to every guest.

Role: Café Supervisor

You will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing daily café operations and team performance
  • Delivering top-tier customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
  • Managing staff scheduling, training, and floor coordination
  • Ensuring product quality, cleanliness, and service standards
  • Assisting with stock management, ordering, and inventory control
  • Supporting new menu launches and wellness-focused initiatives
What We're Looking For
  • Prior experience in a café or F&B supervisory role
  • Passion for coffee, hospitality, and customer experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work weekends/public holidays (rotational shifts)
  • Energetic, hands-on, and team-oriented
