Finance Assistant/ Specialist

  1. Responsible for Singapore local bookkeeping of SAP system and tax declaration.
  2. Responsible for local annual audit in Singapore, and docking with local auditors, tax agents and other staff.
  3. Provide the fund plan for the next month according to the income and expenditure of the next month on the 26th of each month.
  4. Cooperate with overseas subsidiary audit.
  5. Responsible for other work assigned by superiors.
  6. Assist the headquarters finance department with some daily tasks.

Qualification Requirements:

  1. A Bachelor Degree or above in accounting or any relevant course.
  2. At least minimum 1 years of related working experience.
  3. Familiar with Singapore and Chinese accounting standards and related financial regulations, and tax policies.
  4. Experience with SAP system is required.
  5. Strong sense of responsibility, and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication within organization and coordination skills.
  6. Mandarin or English language skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and our HQ.
