About the APAC Foundational Products Squad (FPS)

The APAC Foundational Products Squad (FPS) is a regional team that connects and empowers Roche affiliates across Asia-Pacific — from Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand to Australia, New Zealand, Korea, Taiwan, and beyond.

Our mission is to unlock the full potential of Roche's late-life-cycle and established medicines, ensuring that they continue to deliver impact for patients, healthcare systems, and communities. While affiliates focus on early-life cycle innovations, the FPS enables affiliates to gain a competitive advantage for established medicines — driving access, relevance, and sustainability in diverse and evolving healthcare landscapes.

Working in FPS means being part of an agile, cross-functional squad model. We collaborate across markets and with regional/global partners to:
 

• Innovate with purpose, experimenting with digital tools, AI, and new ways of engagement.

• Drive operational excellence, ensuring the squad can operate independently with high efficiency with the insights, tools, and processes they need.

• Deliver on business leveraging new Go to Market model

Data & Knowledge Systems Intern

About the Role:

As our Data & Knowledge Systems Intern, you'll sit at the heart of the FPS transformation — working on projects that span knowledge management, AI chatbot pilots, and data consolidation. Your mission: create sustainable systems that enable FPS and affiliate teams across Asia-Pacific to access the right insights and information at the right time — ultimately improving patient outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Design and structure NotebookLM query pages for standard operating procedures (SOPs), guides, playbooks, and industry codes — making complex information  across affiliates simpler to ascertain and understand. 

• Explore opportunities to create a smart chatbot that supports teams with quick access to contracts, engagement materials, and internal processes.

• Assess, organise and consolidate diverse datasets (financial, customer, patient support program, etc.) into sustainable and reliable systems.

• Work with FPS and affiliates to establish processes for knowledge upkeep and data integrity.

• Identify innovative ways to improve efficiency and user experience in how teams access and use data.

Who We're Looking For

• 3rd or 4th year student in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or related fields.

• Passion for data organisation, digital tools, and problem-solving.

• Proactive mindset: able to see opportunities for improvement and propose solutions.

• Comfortable working independently while engaging diverse stakeholders across APAC.

• We're looking for interns who can commit full-time from January to June 2026.
