Work Arrangement:


• Duration: 6-Month Contract (optional extension for another 6 months)


• Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, Office Hours (Flex hours can be arranged with reporting officer)


• Location: Central (Near City Hall/Clarke Quay MRT)

Key Responsibilities

  • Document Preparation and Distribution --Prepare and print Handbook, forms and letters for distribution to pensioners. Fold and insert the documents into envelopes as required, ensuring all documentation is ready for dispatch by batches.
  • Reception and Form Collection – Receive completed forms from both walk-in and via post. Provide basic assistance and guidance regarding updates of contact particulars, ensuring all necessary information is accurately captured.
  • Data Management and Processing --Collate responses from the returned forms into designated spreadsheets /systems while maintaining accurate records.
  • Follow-up Communications -- Contact regarding incomplete or unclear form responses. Provide clarification and assistance to ensure accurate information collection and timely resolution of queries.
  • Correspondence Management --Verify accuracy of letters and supporting documentation. Record relevant details in tracking systems and coordinate mailing processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in managing external stakeholders (e.g. customers) will be an advantage.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder and team setting.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous and resourceful.
