Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including cold-calling and networking to generate leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, acting as the main point of contact throughout the sales cycle.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations to understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, technical, and operations) to deliver customer requirements effectively.
  • Monitor market trends, gather competitor intelligence, and recommend strategies to stay competitive.
  • Manage the full sales process from lead generation to post-sales follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports to track performance against targets.

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Candidates with relevant experience but different qualifications are welcome to apply.
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in technical or B2B industries.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs, with the ability to provide consultative sales solutions.
