Job Overview:

Reporting to our Lab Manager, you role would include Operating, test and calibrating a variety of Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Electrohydraulic equipment, tools, instruments and apparatus in the Calibration laboratory including processing of calibration data and reports through the database system.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Execute calibration process according to established calibration method and procedure.
  • Perform and validate data entry into proprietary database system.
  • Ensure strict compliance with the laboratory's Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Process calibration reports after calibration.
  • Attend to onsite calibration whenever needed.
  • Perform general laboratory maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Possess Diploma in Electrical and Electronics or Electromechanical engineering or entry level candidates from Electronics technical school or equivalent.
  • Strong computer skill including use of common software tools (e.g. MS Office – spreadsheet and Words) and database applications.
  • Two years relevant experience preferred but not required.
