  • 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role

  • Expected salary: $2,500 - $3,000 per month

  • Manage and coordinate pickup booking with internal stakeholders

  • Ensure completion of document for export
  • provide pre-alerts to destination for export shipments
  • verify and ensure goods release to transporter are correct and endorse
  • Printing and filing of shipping documents in accordance to customer's compliance
  • Monitor and shipment tracking for import shipments
  • Ensure no discrepancies on the number of packages
  • Work with customer's receiving team should there be any discrepancies / damage
  • Data entry and reporting (daily / weekly / monthly report)

Job Requirements:

  • Written and oral communication in English
  • Organised, meticulous and sense of urgency
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in freight forwarding industry is a plus
  • Self-reliant and ability to cope independently
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office (outloook, excel)
  • Candidate willing to work on weekend if required
  • Work location is based at client office in Tuas area
