About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory & Supply Chain Specialist to join our Supply Chain team. You will play a key role in managing the storage, movement, and readiness of spare parts within the Ticket Service Provider (TSP) Storerooms, supporting smooth supply chain operations that keep our systems running efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage storage and safekeeping of spare parts in TSP Storerooms
  • Sort, pick, and pack parts daily to maintain proper inventory order
  • Coordinate part exchanges and ad-hoc distributions to stations
  • Perform detailed checks on all incoming and outgoing spare parts
  • Ensure parts are received in good condition and match documentation
  • Prepare and manage documentation (handover forms, reports, etc.)
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and housekeeping in storerooms
  • Conduct periodic stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Label spare parts with asset tags and update records
  • Configure new or repaired spare parts for operational readiness
  • Update part movement in Maintenance Management System (MMS)
  • Support additional tasks assigned by Engineer or Supervisor

What We're Looking For

  • Willingness to work shifts (0700–1630 / 1300–2230), weekends & public holidays
  • Punctual, disciplined, and able to work overtime if required
  • Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with ERP systems (ServiceNow, SAP, Maximo, Oracle) is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
