**Responsibilities**:
- Operate, maintain, clean, repair and monitor all facilities management services
- Implement the quality maintenance program and comply with government / statutory regulations; conduct regular audits of building and M&E systems
- Ensure all installation works are in conformance with building and statutory requirements
- Supervise contractors' maintenance works, ensuring that contractors carry out works in accordance with contract requirements
- Lead and manage a team to perform scheduled inspections, routine & ad-hoc maintenance facilities and building works
- Ensure all feedback / complaints are attended to accordingly to agreed timeline
- Plan, schedule and co-ordinate all maintenance works, ensuring that all equipment within premises is in working condition
- Prepare monthly report for management and client
- Responsible for building risk management, safety & security
- Implement energy management program to reduce operating costs
- Monitor maintenance budget and progress payments to ensure cash flows projections are met and prompt payments to contractors and service providers
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Building, Facilities Management, Real Estate, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years of working experience in building and facility management industry
- Conversant with codes of practice and regulations
- Good knowledge in mechanical & electrical and car park system
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess Senior / Fire Safety Manager Certificate
