**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Carry out routine and ad-hoc checks of the Property.
- Liaise and monitor the performance of Authority's Contractor and subcontractor including those appointed by the Authority to ensure works are carried out satisfactorily and promptly.
- Maintain good rapport with staff and liaise with the Authority on facilities management related matters.
- Attend to all complaints, queries and feedback pertaining to M&E, and etc. respond to emergency situations,
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for the property.
- Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out on time.
- Prepare monthly inspection reports.
- Management of access card (virtual card and physical) for onboarding/offboarding of staff and vendors.
- Provide simple troubleshooting when staff or vendor face issue using the access card.
- When required to take photo of the staff or vendor and upload into the facial recognition system
- Any other work necessary for effective operations of the Property or as directed by the Authority or its representatives.

**Qualifications**:

- The Facilities Technician shall have minimum higher NITEC certificates with at least 3 years' work experience in Facilities Management, Electrical, Mechanical, or building-related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
