What You'll Be Creating:
- Handcraft our signature , tarts, choux, and seasonal specialties
- Hone your skills alongside senior chefs — or take the lead as a station head
- Master mise en place, ingredient prep, and finishing touches with precision
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, organisation, and hygiene
- Support different production stations and keep the rhythm of the kitchen strong
