What You'll Be Creating:

  • Handcraft our signature , tarts, choux, and seasonal specialties
  • Hone your skills alongside senior chefs — or take the lead as a station head
  • Master mise en place, ingredient prep, and finishing touches with precision
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, organisation, and hygiene
  • Support different production stations and keep the rhythm of the kitchen strong

  • Comfort with early mornings, weekends, and working in a dynamic, high-volume kitchen
